FUDGE PIE 
1/2 c. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs or substitute
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt

Melt butter and chocolate together over warm water. Beat eggs in bowl; blend in sugar until fluffy. Add flour and salt; combine with other ingredients.

Pour into ungreased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and freeze.

Before serving top with whipped cream or ice cream. Garnish with shaved chocolate, if desired. This is a wonderful dessert and better served right from freezer.
