POTATO LOAF | |
2 peeled chopped potatoes 2 peeled chopped onion 2 eggs or substitute 1 c. minute oats 1/2 c. Prokee (Recons) with 3/4 c. water 1 tsp. seasoning 1 tsp. vegex 1/2 c. instant potato 1/2 c. water Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter add sovex, set aside. In blender put 1/2 cup water, eggs, potatoes, chop, pulse onions. The remaining ingredients in bowl, before serving pour mushroom gravy over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
