BACON ROLL-UPS 
3/4 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1 lb. bacon, cut each piece in thirds
2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts (each chestnut can be cut in half; if not, leave bacon pieces large than indicated)

Combine catsup, brown sugar and white sugar in a separate Pyrex baking dish. Wrap bacon around chestnuts and secure with a plain wooden toothpick. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until bacon is partially cooked. Add bacon wraps carefully to sauce so as not to completely coat toothpick. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
