1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted

2ND LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips

3RD LAYER:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar

4TH LAYER:

1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together 1st layer. Batter will be thick. Press into 9x13 ungreased pan. Press chocolate chips into layer of batter.

Mix together 3rd layer and spread evenly on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake 350 degrees 35-40 minutes. Center will fall after removed from oven.
