RED BEET EGGS 
1 1/2 doz. eggs
2 cans beets with juice
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Hard boil and peel eggs. Place in large container. Mix other ingredients and pour over eggs. Make sure all eggs are covered. Add more liquid as needed. Stir carefully. Refrigerate at least 2 days before serving.
