RED BEET EGGS 
1 c. sm. whole beets
1 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Salt to taste
8 boiled eggs, shelled

Pour liquid from beets, sugar and vinegar into pan and bring to boil. Boil eggs hard and peel. Put eggs and beets into container. Pour cooled liquid over and let stand overnight or longer. Be sure eggs and beets are covered with liquid. Add water to make enough liquid.
