ECLAIR PIE 
1 box graham crackers
1 lg. or 2 sm. instant French vanilla pudding
1 jar chocolate fudge
Ice cream topping
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. milk

Mix pudding, milk, and Cool Whip together for 3 minutes. In 13 x 9 inch pan put layer of crackers, pour 1/2 mixture, layer of crackers, remainder of mixture, layer of crackers, then spread ice cream topping on top. Let chill 4 hours before serving.
