HAM LOAF | |
1 lb. lean pork & 1 lb. lean ham. Ask the butcher to grind these together twice. 1 egg 2 c. bread crumbs 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. horseradish 1 tsp. salt, to taste Dash of pepper, to taste Mix all ingredients well. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or a bit longer. (I cover part of the time.) Can mix the night before. |
