HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 med. sized bell pepper
1 med. sized onion
2 deep dish pie shells
1 lb. ham
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cheddar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss
2 eggs
Butter
Half and half cream

Saute chopped pepper and onion in butter. Chop ham. Place ham in pie shells. Layer Swiss cheese. Add pepper, onion, and cheddar. Beat eggs and add about 2 cups cream, salt, and pepper. Add to pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
