HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 lb. butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Soften ice cream then mix all ingredients together. Store in freezer ready for use. Add hot water to taste. Add rum to taste if desired. Add cinnamon stick and sprinkle with nutmeg.
