CORN - STUFFED PORK CHOPS
6-8 pork chops
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter
4 c. bread cubes, approx.
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn (1 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
Dash pepper

Season chops with salt and pepper. In small saucepan or in microwave (watch closely), cook onion in butter until tender, not brown. Combine butter and onion mixture with bread cubes, corn and sage; mixing well. Place pork chops, close together on rack in shallow roasting pan. Spoon dressing mixture on top of the chops.

Cover pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes or until tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
