CHOCOLATE SURPRISE CAKE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 s. semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
Fresh whipped cream (optional)
Fresh raspberries (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan. In a small mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; beat until blended and set aside.

Prepare cake as label directs; fold in chocolate morsels. Pour into pan. Evenly cover with cream cheese mixture.

Bake 45 - 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack 25 minutes and turn out. Cool completely and dust with 10X sugar. Serve with whipped cream and raspberries. Serves 12.
