CHRISTMAS PUNCH FOR 50 
2 pkgs. red or green Jello
3 1/2 c. sugar
10 c. hot water
4 to 6 cans frozen lemon juice
2 (#2) cans pineapple juice
1 lg. bottle ginger ale
1/2 gal. ice cream

Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water; cool. Add juices; chill. Add chilled ginger ale and ice cream just before serving.
