VENISON STEW 
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 lbs. deer meat, cubed
2 lg. cans tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can carrots
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed

Coat meat with flour, shake off excess. Add oil to skillet; brown meat. Put meat in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients in order listed, then add water to completely cover all vegetables. Cook on medium all night or all day. Serves 6 to 8.
