EASY SKILLET TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can Old El Paso refried beans
6 Old El Paso taco shells, broken
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar Old El Paso salsa
1 (15.25 oz.) can Green Giant whole kernel sweet corn, drained

Brown beef in large skillet; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Layer 1/2 of the broken taco shells, refried beans, 1 cup cheese, salsa and corn on top of beef. Top with remaining taco shells and cheese. Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes or until heated through and through.

Serves 6.
