1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter, oil and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Mix in zucchini and vanilla. Add flour mixture and milk alternately. Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan until done when tested with a toothpick. Before baking, top with 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 3/4 cup chopped nuts.
