1 box lemon cake mix
4-5 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pt. cream

Mix cake as directed. Put in 9x12 inch pan. Top with 4-5 cups diced rhubarb. Cover with 1 cup sugar. Pour on 1 pint cream. Bake until done by testing with toothpick, 40 to 50 minutes.
