CORNMEAL MUSH, MICROWAVE 
2 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. cornmeal
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart microwaveable dish. Cook on high powder, uncovered, 3 minutes. Stir and cook 5 minutes more. Spread in greased loaf pan. Refrigerate. Remove from pan. Fry slices in butter until crisp.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
