CORNMEAL MUSH, MICROWAVE | |
2 1/2 c. hot water 1/4 c. cornmeal 3/4 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart microwaveable dish. Cook on high powder, uncovered, 3 minutes. Stir and cook 5 minutes more. Spread in greased loaf pan. Refrigerate. Remove from pan. Fry slices in butter until crisp. |
