STEAK AND PEPPERS ITALIAN 
1 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce
3 lbs. London Broil steak
2 med. green peppers

Preheat broiler. Cut steak in 3/4 inch thick slices. Cut peppers into thin strips. Saute peppers in oil until tender. Add Ragu Italian cooking sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Broil steak slices 3 minutes on each side. Arrange on platter, spoon sauce over them. Serves 8.
