5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 sm. can Angle Flake coconut
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut extract

Mix eggs, sugar, and oil well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan 1 hour at 350 degrees. Test with toothpick 30 minutes after it has started baking. Not good when over cooked.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. coconut extract
