CHICKEN SQUARES 
2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
5 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. milk
salt and pepper
1 tube crescent rolls

White Sauce:

2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
salt and pepper

Mix chicken, cream cheese, butter, Italian dressing, milk, salt and pepper. Form into 4 balls; may be done in advance and refrigerated. Press 2 crescent rolls into a square. Place chicken ball in center. Bring up side (dumpling style) and pinch seams to seal. Bake on ungreased sheet at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Combine and thicken white sauce. Serve over squares.
