POTATO DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (partially thawed) Southern style
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
Cornflakes
1/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with cornflakes. Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour over flakes. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
