QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 pre-baked pie crust
1/2 c. bacon, diced
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/4 c. heavy cream
Parsley, chopped
1 c. onion, diced
3 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Saute bacon and onions together. Drain and place in bottom of baked pie crust. (Crust can be pre-baked for 10 to 15 minutes.) Mix the eggs, cream, parsley, and salt and pepper together. Pour into the crust. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until filling is set. Serve warm.
