CRANBERRY CRUMB BREAD 
TOPPING:

1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Stir topping ingredients with fork until crumbly. 1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 lg. egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove to rack. (262 calories per serving).
