BREAD CRUMB PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
2 tbsp. butter
6 slices white bread, toasted
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
Raisins

Put milk in top of double boiler and scald. Butter toast and cut into cubes. Pour hot milk over bread cubes. Let stand until cool. Add egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and raisins. Mix well. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees in a pan of water.
