BAKED ZUCCHINI | |
1 bx. stove top stuffing 1/4 lb. butter 4 c. peeled and chopped zucchini 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. sour cream 1 can of soup either cream of celery, mushroom or chicken Melt butter and mix with the stuffing crumbs. Cook onion and squash together just until tender then drain. Mix the sour cream and soup together then add the squash to it. Put a layer of the stuffing in bottom of a baking dish then put the squash mixture in. Add rest of crumbs on top. Cover with foil and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
