COFFEE TORTE DESSERT 
Dissolve 1 package Knox gelatin in cold water. Boil 1 cup strong coffee. Put in Knox gelatin. When cold add to 1 pint of double whipped cream (whipped stiff) or a large box of Cool Whip and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Line spring form pan with lady fingers (2 dozen) split. Put some lady fingers on bottom then break up the rest and add to coffee mixture. Mix 1/2 pint cream whipped or Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with a little chocolate grated. Set in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
