HOT CRAWFISH DIP 
3/4 c. butter, melted
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 pkg. frozen crawfish, minced

Mix butter and cream cheese in large mixing bowl until smooth. Add seasonings and beat until fluffy. Stir in minced crawfish. Spoon into ovenproof glass dish and heat at 350°F until just hot throughout. Serve with sourdough bread or Melba toast.
