1 stick butter
1 2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped cheese
1 tsp. mustard
4 tbsp. flour

Mix together and cook over low heat until smooth. Good to pour over broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, etc.
