CREAMY MICROWAVE CHICKEN 
4 - 6 chicken legs or thighs, skin removed
10 3/4 oz. can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk or half and half
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
Oil

Place chicken in plastic bag with flour, paprika and pepper. Shake to coat. Brown chicken in oil. Put soup in microwave casserole dish. Add milk. Whisk until smooth; then add chicken. Cover and microwave on high 20 to 25 minutes. Let set 5 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
