TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. frozen vegetables, mixed
1 pkg. tater tots
1 c. water

Brown onions and meat. Pour off excess fat. Add soups and 1 cup water. Mix in frozen vegetables. Top with tater tots. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
