VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can baby lima beans
1 can water chestnuts
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1 box Cheese Nip crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter

Mix first 8 ingredients well and pour in casserole dish. Add topping and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
