CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 cup self-rising flour (sifted)
1/3 cup cocoa (sifted)
1 cup caster sugar
1/3 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs (lightly beaten)

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C (325°F/160°C convection). Grease and flour or line a 24cm (9 1/2 inch) cake tin and set aside.

Place all ingredients into a bowl and using a mixer and mix on high for 4 minutes.

Pour into cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the centre.
