POPPY CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Boil chicken; cut into pieces. mix cream cheese, soup, 1 stick butter, and poppy seed. Add chicken. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers and melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
