1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp. flour 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. diced onion 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/8 tsp. hot sauce 1 bunch green onions 1 bell pepper 1 hot pepper Drain spinach and press between paper towel. Combine cheeses and flour; toss well. Combine eggs and rest of ingredients. Stir well and add spinach and cheese mixture. Mix well. Pour in pie crust, more than one. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. |
