1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten

Put eggs in bowl and mix up the cornmeal and flour in another bowl. Dip the fish in the eggs, then in the mixture of cornmeal and flour. Fry fish in frying pan or deep fry until the fish is brown.
