1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cold water
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. accent or seasoning salt

Combine all ingredients. Dip fish fillets in batter and fry. Very good!
