1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked and cubed potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

In large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover and chill.
