MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. sage
2 or 3 slices bread, soaked in milk
Chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine beef, sage, eggs, bread, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into loaf and put in pan. Mix other ingredients and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
