CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 head broccoli
6-8 chicken breasts
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. bread crumbs, seasoned
1/2 c. grated Cheddar or American cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Simmer breasts with onion and celery 30 minutes. Allow to cool in broth, debone. Layer broccoli in bottom of buttered casserole, layer chicken on top.

Combine 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs and grated cheese on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly, 35-45 minutes.
