QUICK ROLLS 
2 sticks butter
3 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. warm water
3 eggs

These rolls are very easy and need no kneading.

Melt butter and let cool. Add water, yeast, sugar, eggs and flour. Blend; let stand for 1 hour. Spoon into muffin pan and bake at 375°F until golden brown.
