MOLDED AMBROSIA SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mandarin orange sections
1/2 c. grated coconut
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar

1. Dissolve orange Jello in water. Add pineapple. Cool.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Pour into 6 cup mold; chill until firm.
