EGG CASSEROLE 
4 c. croutons
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (save out 4 oz. for top)
8 eggs, beaten
4 c. whole milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash of pepper
8 bacon strips or chipped ham

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients (except bacon) and refrigerate overnight. Before baking stir again. Put 4 ounces cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Approximately 15 servings.

Best if sits 10 minutes before serving. Test with knife to see if done.
