INDIAN FRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. warm milk

Mix all ingredients well and knead on floured surface for 10 minutes. Let stand for 20 minutes. After standing, pull off pieces and stretch to desired size, then flatten out with hands and fry in hot oil until lightly browned.
