ONE PAN GOULASH 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
2 (27 1/2 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. onion, chopped (optional)
2 dashes black pepper (optional)
2 dashes salt (optional)

Cook macaroni and drain; set aside. Cook ground beef and drain in large pan. Add macaroni to ground beef with all other ingredients. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with warm bread and salad.
