ETHYL 'N METHYL'S "TONGUE SALAD" 
1 1/2 c. diced cold cooked tongue
1 c. cold cooked green beans
Pearl onion French dressing
1 head lettuce
Stuffed olives, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced

Marinate tongue and green beans (separately) in dressing for 1 hour. Toss lettuce in salad bowl with dressing; add remaining ingredients and toss lightly again. Serves 6.

PEARL ONION FRENCH DRESSING:

1 c. olive oil or salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Few grains cayenne
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
