HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. milk

SAUCE:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix together meat, slightly beaten egg, crumbs, milk, salt and pepper. Grease a large baking dish. Pat the meat in place with edges a bit higher so sauce can be spread on top and not run off. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then turn oven down to 325 degrees for another hour or until loaf is done. Surround with new potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
