SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, let thaw
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes on the top. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
