1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 can tomato soup 1 c. milk or half and half 1/4 lb. bay scallops 4 oz. can crab meat 4 oz. can tiny shrimp 1/2 c. white wine Put scallops in a bowl with the wine. Cover and vent. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on High. Then pour in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low until soup is very hot and appears done. |
