CUSHAW CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. grated cushaw

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then add eggs to another bowl, and beat. Add cushaw and oil; beat, then add dry ingredients and beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minute. You can bake in a square or bundt cake pan.

ICING:

1 can pecans, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix together.
